The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (Indonesian: Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang) is a government ministry formed by the Indonesian government in 2014. The ministry responsible for in the agrarian/land and spatial planning affairs.
History
[edit]The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Indonesia was first established in 1955 through Presidential Decree Number 55 of 1955.[1] Before becoming a ministry in 1955, agrarian affairs were managed by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

[edit]The organizational structure of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning is regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 47 of 2020.
