Melaka Football Club , simply known as the Melaka FC , is a Malaysian professional football club based in Malacca City , Malacca . The team plays in the second tier of Malaysian football league system , the Malaysia A1 Semi-Pro League .
Following the dissolution of Melaka United , Melaka FC was founded as a continuation of the previous club, though they did not inherit the honours and titles won by Melaka United.[ 2] Melaka F.C. participated in the 2023 Malaysia M3 League in their debut season.
Melaka FC keep changing their crest before joining 2023 Malaysia M3 League and decide changing again in 2024–25 Malaysia A1 Semi-Pro League .[ 3] [ 4] [ 5]
Melaka FC have worn red with mixture of blue for shirts as their home kit. While away colours are usually white with blue trim.
