Medicine Bluffs, known as Puha Tʉpanaabi̠ or Puha Tʉpana in Comanche, is an igneous cliff face located north of Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Medicine Creek runs along the south side of the bluffs. The cliff face rises roughly 300 feet above the creek and is about one mile in length. The site holds immense spiritual and cultural importance for the Comanche, who view it as a source of medicine and healing.

The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 31, 1974, with ID #74001659
