Suggested change related to new sister search results

Howdy,

With the recent addition of sister search results I'd like to suggest a possible change to this interface message to help with consistency. When you search for a phrase, like say "Rosebud" you will see results from other projects (on the right when viewing on desktop). Currently the results from Wikisource and Wikibooks say "From Wikisource" and "In Wikibooks". I think it makes sense for Wikibooks, Wikisource, and Wikivoyage to use a description similar to Wikiquote and Wiktionary (which are a little more descriptive). Perhaps something like "Textbooks from Wikibooks", "Texts from Wikisource", "Travel guides from Wikivoyage"? Please remove  

Hi; the current message has a couple of   (spaces) before the text. I would assume this was added because the original design of the interwiki search widgets was very condensed and thus some more spacing was added this way.

The layout has now changed a bit & there now already is more spacing between the icon and this text; with this additional space, we actually end up with too much whitespace.

Can these   (spaces) be removed from the current message? It would improve the look of titles in the interwiki search widget!

Spacing between icon and sister project header

Moved from Wikipedia:Village pump (technical)

Hello all, this is a request for help regarding the sister project headers on your project. We are about to roll out a minor update to this part of Special:Search, and noted that MediaWiki:Search-interwiki-custom has a couple of   (spaces) before the text.

Since our new change in the layout is going to fix this, can you please remove those hard-coded spaces? Let me know if you need more info about this.
