Please delete the page MediaWiki:Flaggedrevs-prefs-stable to restore the default message, or alternatively copy the default contents from MediaWiki:Flaggedrevs-prefs-stable/en to it, because currently it just makes no sense – see the message in context here: Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-rc. I guess when this message was overridden in 2010, that preference used to be an on/off checkbox, but now is has 3 possible values, so the old label doesn't fit.
