Soft wording
[edit]I think this message isn't assertive enough, because I still see a lot of Wikipedia citations by new editors. It should be made clear that the only scenario where citing Wikipedia is permissible is when using it as a primary source, following the guidelines on using primary sources. Yes, this is linked to in the words circular reference, but I don't think many people click on that. Snowmanonahoe (talk) 22:33, 7 April 2023 (UTC)
