Maksut Igorevich Shadayev (Russian: Максут Игоревич Шадаев; born 11 November 1979) is the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation since 21 January 2020.[1]
Sanctions
[edit]Shadayev was sanctioned by the British government in 2022 as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.[2] In December, the European Union sanctioned him.[3]
