Mashkay (Urdu: مشکے) is a tehsil of Awaran District in the Balochistan province of Pakistan.[1]
Mashkay is northern tehsil of Awaran district. Borders to Khuzdar district & Washuk district at north & north west respectively. It consists of three union councils.
Mashkay has four high schools for boys and one for girls as well as one inter college for boys and one inter college for girls.
Mashkay has a Tehsil Headquarters Hospital (THQs) located in Gajjar town. One Basic health unit (BHU) in union councils of Nokjo, Parwar & one civil dispensary in jebree village.
The town of Gajjar is tehsil administration headquarter.
Mashkay tehsil is administratively subdivided into three Union Councils, these are:

Jebree village
[edit]This village is one of the famous villages of Awaran District. Mohd Hasni is the main tribe of this area. Another important tribe is Sajidi, and Rind which is a limited one as they have shifted from Makuran which is well known due to its hospitality in Mashkay.
