Martin Fuksa (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmarcɪn ˈfuksa]; born 30 April 1993) is a Czech sprint canoeist. Three-time world champion (in C-1 500 and C-1 1000 metres), Fuksa won the gold medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics in the C-1 1000 metres event.[1]

Career

Fuksa and his brother Petr represented the Czech Republic together in the men's C-2 1000 metres event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[2]

Personal life

Fuksa is the son of former canoeist Petr Fuksa, and the brother of Petr Fuksa Jr.
