María Isabel Merlo Talavera (born 30 December 1960) is a Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party. From 2009 to 2012 he served as Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Puebla.[1] He also served as a local deputy in the LVI Legislature of the Congress of Puebla and as the municipal president of Huaquechula from 1996 to 1999.[1]
