Mantidactylus bellyi
A close of photo of an average sized frog. Its legs are a tan color that fades into a dark green/grey into its head. It's sitting on a very small rock that is barely sticking out of the water. The picture seems to be at night, illuminated with flash.

Mantidactylus bellyi is a species of frog in the family Mantellidae. The species is endemic to Madagascar.[1]
