Manpreet Akhtar (1965 – 18 January 2016)[1] was an Indian singer of Punjabi folk music, who also worked as a playback singer in Bollywood films. She was the sister of singer Dilshad Akhtar. She is best remembered for the song "Tujhe Yaad Na Meri Aayi" from the film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998).
