Macey is a ghost town in Brazos County, in the U.S. state of Texas.[1] It is located within the Bryan-College Station metropolitan area.
Geography
[edit]Macey was located south of the intersection of Farm to Market Road 1940 and the Old Spanish Road, 20 mi (32 km) north of Bryan in far northeastern Brazos County.[2]
Education
[edit]Macey had its own school in 1884.[2] Today, Macey is located within the Bryan Independent School District.
