Luis David Peralta Días (born January 6, 2001) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Career
[edit]Peralta signed with Pittsburgh Pirates as an international free agent in July 2017.
On July 29, 2024, the Pirates traded Peralta to the Colorado Rockies in exchange for Jalen Beeks.[1] On August 23, Peralta was selected to the 40-man roster and promoted to the major leagues for the first time, where he retired the first two batters he faced.[2]
Personal life
[edit]Peralta's brother, Freddy, is also a professional baseball pitcher, currently with the Milwaukee Brewers.[3]
