Lubbockichthys myersi, the Guam Pencil Dottyback, is a species of fish in the family Pseudochromidae.[1]
Description
[edit]Lubbockichthys myersi is a small-sized fish which grows up to 3.9 cm (1.5 in).[2]
Distribution and habitat
[edit]Lubbockichthys myersi has only been found in Guam.[2]
Etymology
[edit]The dottyback was named in honor of Robert F. Myers, a coral-reef biologist and underwater photographer, who collected the type specimen.[3]
