List of rampage killers (workplace killings)
This article needs additional citations for verification. (October 2017) |
This is a list of mass or spree killers in that committed attacks at the place they worked. A mass murderer is typically defined as someone who kills three or more people in one incident, with no "cooling off" period, not including themselves.[1][2] A mass murder typically occurs in a single location where one or more persons kill several others.[3][4][5]
This list does not include serial killers, members of democidal governments, or major political figures who orchestrated such actions.

At 3am he began shooting at the sleeping sailors with a pistol and a carbine instantly killing seven and wounding a further three, before one of his mortally wounded victims managed to disarm him. Without his weapons, Smith turned on himself and stabbed himself three times in the abdomen, before being knocked out by another sailor. Smith was treated on the USS Repose, alongside his injured victims, of whom two did not survive.
