[edit]Notes
[edit]- ^ At the time of original construction it was between 37,000 sq ft (3,400 m2) and 42,500 sq ft (3,950 m2). Various sources state that it is currently 62,500 sq ft (5,810 m2) with the addition of a 20,000 sq ft (1,900 m2) ballroom by Donald J. Trump in 2005. Since this large addition was made after the home was converted into a club in 1995, the additional space from the ballroom is not calculated into the ranking of largest houses.
