Notes

[edit]
  1. ^ Due to events related to World War I and the 1918 flu pandemic, the Missouri Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Association did not schedule any official conference games, recorded no standings, and awarded no title for 1918.
  2. ^ a b Eighth-year head coach Jim Dickey was forced to resign after opening the season with two consecutive losses including one to an NCAA Division I-AA team. Assistant athletic director Lee Moon took over as interim coach for the rest of the season.
