Leucoptera cytisiphagella is a moth in the family Lyonetiidae. It is found in Hungary and Bulgaria.[1]
The larvae feed on Chamaecytisus austriacus. They mine the leaves of their host plant. Pupation takes place outside of the mine.[2]
