Lesná is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 70 inhabitants.

Lesná lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 41 km (25 mi) west of Jihlava, and 79 km (49 mi) south-east of Prague.
