Lesůňky is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 80 inhabitants.
Lesůňky lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Třebíč, 37 km (23 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 150 km (93 mi) south-east of Prague.
