Leonid Kraizmer

Leonid Pavlovich Kraizmer (Russian: леонид павлович крайзмер) (29 May, 1912 – 2002) was leading Soviet cybernetician who was active in Leningrad before moving to Akademgorodok, Novosibirsk, Russia.[1]: 2
