Leonard F. Anderson IV (born c. 1971) is an United States Marine Corps lieutenant general who serves as the commander of United States Marine Corps Reserve and United States Marine Corps Forces, South.[1] He also served as the commanding general of the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing.[2][3][4]

In April 2023, Anderson was nominated for promotion to lieutenant general and assignment as commander of the United States Marine Corps Reserve and United States Marine Corps Forces, South.[5][6]
