Largo Camino Al Inframundo... was a concert tour headlined by Swedish melodic death metal band Arch Enemy. The tour was announced on July 11, 2024[1] and general ticket sales for the shows began four days later. The first show of the tour was November 12, 2024 at Teatro Morelos in Toluca, and the closing night of the tour was 11 December, 2024 at Circo Volador in Mexico City, with a final standalone show in Chihuahua taking place on May 18, 2025 (rescheduled due to illness).
Background
[edit]Largo Camino Al Inframundo... was the most extensive Mexican tour in Arch Enemy's career, featuring 18 shows all in different cities. The band has previously performed in Mexico only 16 times, with 2 of those being the festivals Knotfest in 2016 and Hell & Heaven Metal Fest in 2022.
Largo Camino Al Inframundo... began one week after the band concluded their Rising from the North tour in Europe with In Flames and Soilwork. While on the Rising from the North tour, Arch Enemy announced their twelfth studio album Blood Dynasty and released their single "Liars & Thieves". The band has continued to perform "Liars & Thieves" (and previous single "Dream Stealer", also taken from Blood Dynasty) to promote the album, which is scheduled for release on March 28, 2025.
Development
[edit]Due to high demand, Arch Enemy offered VIP upgrades (purchasable via Fans & Bands) for the tour, allowing fans access to perks[3] such as meeting the band and receiving exclusive merchandise. Arch Enemy's VIP upgrades were released on August 23, 2024.[4]
On November 20, 2024, it was announced via the band's social media profiles that, due to unknown reasons, their show in Aguascalientes four days later was relocated from Auditorio Dimo to Show Business Center.
On November 30, 2024, it was announced via the band's social media profiles that, due to one of the band members having become very ill during the tour, their show in Chihuahua that night would be rescheduled to May 18, 2025.[5]
