Koji Ogata (Ogata Koji, 21 October 1968) is a Japanese instructor of Shotokan karate.[1] He has won the JKA's version of the world championships for kumite on 2 occasions. He has also won the JKA All-Japan championships for kumite on 2 occasions.[1] He is currently an instructor of the Japan Karate Association.[1]

Biography

Koji Ogata was born in Kyoto, Japan on 21 October 1968. He studied at Toyo University. His karate training began during his 2nd year of elementary school.
