Career

[edit]

Mingyo made her collegiate debut in her freshman year at University of Texas at Austin in the 2022-23 school year. While she initially intended to sign up for the red-belt category in the tournament, due to her previous experience competing in the Olympic Junior Division as a black-belt, she was required to compete as a black-belt in the -57 kg Senior Division.[2]
