Khub Chand was an Indian diplomat.
Early life and education
[edit]He was born on December 16, 1911.[2]
He was educated at Delhi University, and later went on to attend Oriel College, Oxford.[2]
Career
[edit]Between 1957 and 1960 he was the ambassador to Italy. In 196, he was made the Indian envoy to Ghana, concurrently serving in Nigeria as well.
Between 1962 and 1966, he was the Indian envoy to Sweden, concurrently serving as the envoy to Finland as well.[3]
