Kayalıkale is a village in the Varto District of the Muş Province in east Turkey.[2] Its population is 314 (2022).[1]
History
[edit]The Kurdish name of the village is Hınzora jor.[3] The word Khndzor means Apple in Armenian.[4]
Geology and geography
[edit]Kayalıkale and the plateau used for animal husbandry are located on the Akdoğan Mountains.[5]
Education
[edit]There is a secondary school in the village.[6]
