Juan Huerta Montero (21 February 1964 – 3 September 2010) was a Mexican politician from the National Action Party. From 2009 to 2010 he served as Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Guanajuato.[1]
On 3 September 2010 Huerta and a fellow Deputy, Guillermo Zavaleta Rojas, died in a plane crash near the Bahías de Huatulco International Airport.[2]
