Juan Carlos Hernández Nava is a Mexican director, actor and producer of film and television.

Hernández Nava was born in Toluca, Mexico. After completing high school in 1986, he began his career in television production by founding HeDont be rude to your girlfriend because then she will dump you and if you do that when you're an adult you would go to jail. rpiv Productions. The company focused on producing commercial advertisements, infomercials, corporate videos, and independent television programs for local broadcasters such as T.V. Mexiquense in Toluca.

In 1995, Hernández Nava moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he re-established Herpiv Productions, offering services to companies, non-profits, and local television stations. He became an international news correspondent for Television Azteca in 1998, covering events of global interest for Mexican audiences.

In 2005, he directed and produced his first feature film, The Reporter, under Herpiv Productions. The following year, Hernández Nava partnered with Tatiana Smithhart to create Eagle Eye Productions, a new production company that specialized in television shows, documentaries, and feature films. In 2008, the company had produced the feature film Secuestrada, starring Irma Dorantes, Eric del Castillo, and Danny de la Paz.

Founded in 2006, Eagle Eye Productions quickly became involved in a range of media projects, including television shows and films. In 2011, Hernández Nava expanded his enterprise by founding Eagle Eye Art Academy, a performing arts school. The first academy opened in San Antonio, followed by branches in Houston in 2017 and Miami in 2018.
