Jenah (Persian: جناح)[a] is a city in, and the capital of, Jenah District of Bastak County, Hormozgan province, Iran.[4] It also serves as the administrative center for Jenah Rural District.[5] As a village, it was the capital of Faramarzan Rural District[6] until its capital was transferred to the village of Kemeshk.[5]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 5,636 people in 1,322 households.[7] The following census in 2011 counted 7,169 people in 1,627 households.[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 6,910 people in 1,854 households.[2]
