Jayden Yen Dumont, known professionally as jaydes (previously known as evvls), is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Broward County, Florida[2]
Early Life
[edit]Dumont was born on February 24, 2006 and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida.[3]
Arrest
[edit]On November 3, 2024, a warrant for Dumonts' arrest was issued by the Broward County Sheriff's Office after he stabbed his ex-girlfriend in the neck and arms with scissors and a box cutter when she denied sexual intercourse. A week later, on November 10, 2024, he was arrested at a local Denny's in Broward County and charged with attempted murder. He is being held with no bond and his trial is currently pending.[4]
