Javier Adrián Baena (born April 5, 1968, in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is an Argentine former football player. He played for clubs in Argentina and Chile. He played as a defender.

Managerial career

Baena worked as manager of the Platense youth system between 2014 and 2016.[6][7]

In 2017, Baena joined the technical staff of Claudio Spontón for the Platense reserve team as an assistant coach.[8]
