Jaime Rios, (August 14, 1953 – March 20, 2019) was a Panamanian former professional boxer from 1973 to 1992.
Professional career
[edit]Rios turned professional in 1973 and compiled a record of 15–1–1 before winning the inaugural WBA light-flyweight title by beating Venezuelan Rigoberto Marcano. He would defend the title once against Japanese contender Kazunori Tenryu,[1] before losing it to Juan Guzman of the Dominican Republic.
