Jagannath Singh is an Indian politician who was elected to the Assam Legislative Assembly from Udharbond constituency in the 1978, 1983 and 1991 Assam Legislative Assembly election as a member of the Indian National Congress.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]
