Isabelle Kassire

Isabelle Housna Kassire is a Chadian politician currently serving as secretary of state[1] for foreign affairs [2] appointed on 14 October 2022 following the creation of the secretariat for Chadian in diaspora and international cooperation.[3] Previously, she was minister of Vocational Training[4] before being moved to foreign affairs[5] in a cabinet reshuffle.[6][7][8][9]
