The Inter Services Selection Board (colloquially known as ISSB)[4] is a military organization for the selection of candidates[5][6][7] in the Bangladesh Armed Forces: the Army,[8][9][10] the Navy,[11] and the Air Force.[12] It was formed in 1976.[13][14][15]
