The Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association (IMPPA) is the Association of Film Producers.[5] IMPPA was established in 1937. This non-profit organization plays a pivotal role by functioning as the film registration body and problem-solving entity for producers within the industry.[6] IMPPA's role in fostering the Indian Film Industry is undeniably significant.[7]

A new administrative committee was formed following the elections held on April 10,2022.Mr.Abhay Sinha Was elected as the Chairman of IMPPA in the 23-member committee.[8]

IMPPA has elected committee members who are allotted various roles in the internal committees, which take on the task of various industry-related subjects. They contribute towards the task of serving the producer and uplifting the association. Through the outstanding performance of the office bearers and the EC Committee, they get re-elected again.[10][11]
