If I Were Boss is a 1938 British drama film directed by Maclean Rogers and starring Bruce Seton, Googie Withers and Ian Fleming.[1] It was made at the Walton Studios outside London as a quota quickie for distribution by Columbia Pictures.[2]
Synopsis
[edit]A young clerk working for a company arrogantly believes he could do a better job running it himself. When he inherits shares in the company, he is able to become the boss but nearly leads the business into bankruptcy after being tricked by swindlers.
