Hylomyza is a genus of flowering plants in the sandalwood family, Santalaceae. It includes three species native to western Malesia, including Borneo, Sumatra, Java, and Peninsular Malaysia.

- Hylomyza oresitropha Danser – Peninsular Malaysia and Borneo
