The Hutou Mountain Park (traditional Chinese: 虎頭山公園; simplified Chinese: 虎头山公园; pinyin: Hǔtóushān Gōngyuán) is a park in Guishan District and Taoyuan District of Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
Name
[edit]Hutou means "tiger head" in Chinese.[1]
Geology
[edit]The average elevation of the park is 251 metres (823 ft) above sea level. The mountain is shaped like a tiger, thus giving the park its name.[1]
Features
[edit]There are many hiking routes connecting playgrounds, barbeque sites, temples, and other scenic spots.[2] The park is powered by renewable energy, with a windmill at the entrance. Eco-friendly engineering methods are also used.[3]

Transportation
[edit]The park is accessible by walking 2.5km (1.6 miles) northeast of Taoyuan Station of the Taiwan Railways Administration.[4]
