Huang Ting-ying (Chinese: 黃亭茵; pinyin: Huáng Tíngyīn,[1] born 29 May 1990) is a track and road cyclist from Taiwan. She competed on the track in the sprint event at the 2009 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. In 2015, she won the road race at the Asian Cycling Championships.[2]
