Hoseynabad-e Giyan (Persian: حسين ابادگيان)[a] is a village in Giyan Rural District of Giyan District, Nahavand County, Hamadan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 728 in 227 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,023 people in 297 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,017 people in 305 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
