Honcharenko (Ukrainian: Гончаренко, also transliterated as Goncharenko), is an occupation-related surname of Ukrainian origin. Derived from гончар, it means descendant of a potter. The Belarusian-language version is Hancharenka (Belarusian: Ганчарэнка, also transliterated as Hančarenka).
