Higgitt's Las Vegas Arcade Blackpool & £1 Burger Bar is a restaurant located in Blackpool, England. The restaurant became famous for offering multiple menu items for only £1[1] and has been described as legendary.[2]
The restaurant is owned by Christopher Higgitt and has been in operation since 2006.[3] The restaurant is seasonal due to being in a resort town. It is open from March to November and is open 7 days a week while in season.[4][3] The restaurant also features an arcade.[3]
The restaurant stays in operation by selling items in volume, instead of charging more for various items.[5] Higgitt cites electricity and his labour as his main expenses and says he is able to buy ingredients in bulk at cheaper rates.[5]
