Hemmatabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان همت آباد) is in the Central District of Borujerd County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Hemmatabad.[3]
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 23,249 in 5,630 households.[4] There were 29,007 inhabitants in 7,783 households at the following census of 2011.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 27,016 in 7,923 households. The most populous of its 58 villages was Jahanabad, with 4,581 people.[2]
