inputbox extension broken?

Is the inputbox extension broken? Wikipedia_talk:Requests_for_mediation#Suggestion_to_fix_the_box buttonlabel doesn't work.

If I remove {{H:h|editor toc}} from this page, buttonlabel doesn't work here either.
