Grateloup-Saint-Gayrand (French pronunciation: [ɡʁatlu sɛ̃ ɡɛʁɑ̃]; Occitan: Gratalop e Sengairan, before 2002: Grateloup)[3] is a commune in the Lot-et-Garonne department in south-western France.
