Gmina Nieporęt is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Legionowo County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Nieporęt, which lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Legionowo and 24 km (15 mi) north of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 100.52 square kilometres (38.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 12,908 (13,466 in 2013).
