Gmina Jeżów Sudecki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Jeżów Sudecki, which lies approximately 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) north of Jelenia Góra and 94 km (58 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The gmina covers an area of 94.38 square kilometres (36.44 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 7,438.
